so this is my second time transferring. the first school i attended i absolutely loved but i had to transfer out because of how expensive it was. the second school i attended was suny cortland, and it’s just okay. the people are pretty ticky tacky, the academics are alright, but it’s location is just boring. i decided to apply to new paltz because i heard the town is very hippy-like and the academics are great. i consider myself an avid stoner, artsy and someone who really enjoys to hike (great considering it’s location). i’m just wondering how the student body is like there?
I’d say the student body is stereotyped as artsy stoners who enjoy nature and hiking, so I think you’ll fit in perfectly! (source: brother attends)
