Will I get accepted to any of those California Universities?

Hey guys,
I am an IB student in the end of the first year of the program and will be applying to unis in the next 6 months therefore I was analysing my chances at every university I am applying to.
I am applying for accounting and finance

My HL’s
Chemistry- 6
Business- 7
Arabic A- 7

Sl’s
English- 5
Drama - 5
Math SL- 7

My act score is 30
My EC’s
Track and field varsity captain
student council
Personal Teen Trainer at the local gym
Volleyball Varsity
Record holder for furthest Discuss throw for Junior Varsity
Internship for 2 months at a financial stock.

My GPA is 3.78 right now and is on the go to increase.
I have had a lot of family problems during this year that dropped my GPA, i will mention that in my essay.
Other than that, my old school that i attended was fully taught in arabic therefore when I change to my current schools I had many problems but I showed dedication to fight for my GPA.

Predicted points: 36-38
What do you guys think are my chances to go to UCLA, UCB, UCSD?
Other than UC’s
NYU, CORNELL , U OF CHICAGO, U OF MICHIGIN ?

Sorry but your stats are on the low end for those UCs, making them a reach.

Your stats are below average for UCLA/UCB/UCSD, but no reason not to apply since your essays and EC’s may help your chances. UCR/UCSC/UCI/UCD and UCSB would be more realistic but again it will depend upon major, essays and EC’s and how they will be reviewed by admissions. Always apply to a broad list of schools so you have some good choices in the end.
