I just had the second A201 test, and I think it went pretty well. So far I have about a 90 in the class. My friend who is also in the class told me if you do well companies will start calling/contacting you if you do well in the class, since it is the foundation for most areas of business. Any truth to that at all? I’m skeptical

Companies will not call you about your A201 grade specifically, as they have no way of knowing what the grade is.

However, when you post your resume to USCO website for random companies to look at, it should include your overall gpa and your “accounting coursework gpa”. An accounting coursework gpa of 3.7 or higher looks very good to employers, so, yes, they might call you when they see that on your resume.
