Will i get denied to Pitt because of one grade on a final transcript?

I applied to University of Pittsburgh for transfer for next semester, and got accepted; however, i have to send my final transcript for this semester. There is one class that I am not doing well in, and there is a possibility that I will fail it and receive a 0 for the course. If I do not get a 0, I will get a D (around 60% or a little higher), thus receiving a 1 for the course. My other grades are okay, some are really good. Do you think that Pitt will deny me once they see my final transcript? I have already paid my deposit and registered. I am very worried.

bump …

You should be alright, but if you’re really concerned you should call Pitt up and talk to them about what’s going on. Hopefully you’ve got a good excuse for it.

i do have an excuse (well my low grade is greatly due to a number of absences) which is that (the class is my earliest - 9 am) a medication I am prescribed to has an effect of severe trouble waking up in the morning. My professor didn’t really believe me, however i did not furnish a doctors note. If i do contact pitt, should I do it now or after my final transcript is sent…or after they deny me or say something about it (if they do)? ANYONE ELSE CARE TO REMARK ON THIS IDEA OF CALLING THE SCHOOL??? Anyone else have any other comments???

Call them first.
