Will I get in? (BC, NYU, American, Washington & Lee, ect.)

Hi!
I’m an incoming senior, and I really can’t decide what schools I can get into, and which ones are just hopeless.

GPA & ACT
GPA: 3.95 (weighted)
ACT: 32
top 15% in my class, though my school does not do class rank, and only shows colleges where I rank out among the ACT compared to other kids at my school.
I go to the top Catholic School in Chicago - major connections to Notre Dame.

Extra Curricular
top 6 Bassoonist in Chicago (IMEA)/ President of the Band
Speech Team President/Captain of Extemp team - I have won Chicago catholic leave two years in a row now among other awards
Student Congress Debate Team Captain - 2nd in Chicago Catholic league, 7th in the State of Illinois at the IHSA tournament
Member of the International Relations Club
Member of Student Council (VP of my class frosh and sop year, but then resigned cause of the LGBTQ policy regarding dances)
Member of my Youth Group’s leadership Board
Member of the Junior Economic Club of Chicago (15% acceptance rate)
I started and lead of a bible study at my school for 2 years until the school shut it down cause “it was taking up too much space” - one classroom in a school the size of mid-sized college.
Occassion writer for the school newspaper
I started my own small business for debate research with a friend - studentcongressbreifs.com

Ok so here are the schools I am considering -
Boston college
Boston University
Northeastern University
American University
NYU
Washington and Lee
Emory

Dream Schools
Georgetown
University of Chicago

So what schools can I get into, and what schools are a reach? Also are there any schools I should be considering that are not on the list?

Thanks!
