I also volunteer at a hospital for about 40 hours per year.

What do you experts think?

Also this is a bit off topic but does Northwestern only do Early Decision and not early action?

Only ED, and it is an admit or reject decision. In my opinion, you are very competitive ED, and competitive RD. Good Luck!

Didn’t the ED deadline pass? I’m going to apply RD. My only reservations are the whole trimester situation and cost.

Yes, ED deadline has passed, but you asked the question which I answered about ED and/or EA. Cost and trimester are some substantial concerns. Why are you interested in NU?

will definitely get in if you have strong essays/recs- your statistics are solid.

the trimester system actually has a lot of upsides. get to take more classes (12 per year compared to 8-10 at most schools) and courses are shorter. some people like it, some don’t, its really a personal thing.

i am a freshman at the school right now and adore it; you should definitely apply and visit.
