Will I get into Penn State (My Top School)?

I’m just wondering if any of you can help me out, specifically people who currently go to Penn State, went to Penn State, or know someone who got into Penn State.
I have a 3.64 nonweighted gpa; I rank 86th in my class out of 419; by the end of this year, I will have taken six AP classes, two of which I got A’s in (which I took my junior year); I have always taken honors classes and have always had honor roll, ever since elementary school, some years I have made first honors (all A’s, including my junior year which I am super proud of); I have been a part of my school’s marching and concert band all four years of high school and was the flute section leader my junior year; I have done several other extracurricular activities and some volunteering. That basically sums it up.

Also, I have been working on my personal statement for the past few days now and I don’t feel as if it is my best work, so I’m just wondering if I could possibly get in (or if you guys think I can get in) with some of the information I listed here for you. I’m just worried that I’m not qualified enough since there are sooooo many over qualified people who apply to this school and any school for that matter.

So any input would be immensely helpful. Thank you so much, whoever reads this! :)

assuming your weighted GPA is 3.9-4.0, and your SATs are in the 1900 range, you should have a great chance.
