Your GPA and class rank are a bit low, but GPA is recalculated, and you’ll probably get a good boost from the many AP’s you’ve taken. Good EC’s, and a very good SAT/ACT. I’d say you have a good shot. Make sure to write an excellent essay- those are considered, and that (and recommendations to a degree) are the only factors you can control at this point.

You’re fine. I’m attending with honors this fall. I had an uw 3.5 and 1410/1600 SAT. (Math and Verbal are the more important ones.)

You should get into the honors. My son will be attending this fall and he had very similar scores on SAT/ACT. I would also recommend that you apply EA because you will know sooner and it is not legally binding.

My son didn’t have time to meet the EA deadline (he needed to get the essays right for all of his other common app schools). But yes, it would have been nice to have that first acceptance in our pocket early.

It is my understanding that Northeastern weighs community service right after GPA and testing. I would try to add more service over the summer.
