Will I get into these colleges?

Hi,
I am a junior in high school, and I am wondering if I will be able to get into these colleges:

UC Santa Barbara
Cal Poly San Luis Obispo
UC San Diego
University of Washington
UC Irvine
University of Oregon
Soka University
CSU Maritime Academy
CSU Long Beach
CSU San Jose

Basic info:
Gender: Female
Race: Mixed (Cambodian and White)
My family’s income is under $60,000/year
I want to either go into mechanical engineering, computer science, environmental science, or business.
I go to a small public high school
My dad did electrical engineering for undergrad and business for grad at CSU Long Beach and my mom didn’t go to college
Weighted GPA: 4.15
Unweighted GPA: 4.0
I get A’s in all of my classes.
My GPA is within the top 10% of my class
PSAT: 1190 (it’s pretty bad, but I didn’t study for the PSAT)(I have been preparing for the SAT that I will take in a few months)
I have taken 5 honors classes so far mostly in science, math, and Spanish, and I plan to take AP Comp Sci, AP Calc AB, and Honors Spanish 5 next year

Extracurriculars:
100 hours of community service
Varsity basketball 1 year
Karate for 8 years and I am a black belt
I took a summer enrichment course for Biology and English (invite only)
Jazz Band for 5 years and I am 1st chair tenor and alto saxophone
Drumline for 3 years, captain for 2 years, marimba and xylophone
Marching Band for 3 years, tenor and alto saxophone
Orchestra for 5 years, first chair cello
Applied programming/coding class for 1 year (Auto CAD/Solid Works)
Programming/coding class for 1 year (Python)
Engineering class for 1 year
Secretary of Debate Club for 1 year
Global Relief Club for 2 years
I tutored high school students in Biology for 1 year

Other info:
I have gotten multiple awards for outstanding academic performance
I play six musical instruments total (I want to continue playing some of these instruments in college, but I don’t want to major in music)

If you know of any other good engineering or business schools that I could probably get into that are on the west coast, please let me know. Thank you in advance.

Nice extracurriculars. Honestly try your best on the SAT and you will be very competitive at all of these schools

I agree with @Guapo_Trill. SAT preparation can make quite a significant difference. My other concern would be to find out what your budget is and run the NPC and see whether these schools are likely to be affordable.

Other than that I think that you are in very good shape for this list. I think that you could add a reach or two to the list, but only if you want to.

UW and University of Oregon are OOS schools that do not provide OOS funding if you are NOT a resident. How will you afford those schools that cost about $60K per year.

You need to check the Net Price Calculators (NPC) for each university, to understand what your costs will be at the universities you hope to attend.

with 5 AP/Honors classes and an unweighted GPA of 4.0, your weighted GPA should be higher than 4.15.

I agree with others above me, with some prep, you should be able to bump your SAT pretty significantly.

Assuming a 4.2 and 1300 here’s my guess
UC Santa Barbara - not for engineering but, yes for econ
Cal Poly San Luis Obispo - not for engineering but, yes for business
UC San Diego - Probably not
University of Washington - Probably not
UC Irvine - probably
University of Oregon - yes
Soka University - i don’t know this one…
CSU Maritime Academy - yes
CSU Long Beach - yes
CSU San Jose - yes

Given your fields of interest, Davis, Riverside and Santa Cruz are all worth a tour.

I’d also apply to LMU, USD and Santa Clara. Though private, they are all likely to offer at least enough aid to make them comparable (cost-wise) to a UC.
