I am am currently number 8 out of 573 in my class. I am also enrolled in a program at my highschool where I will graduate with an associates degree. Though, I plan on graduating a year early without the completed degree. Do you think I will still be able to get into UT- Austin?

You mentioned graduating early, though you are number 8 in your class, you must graduate under the recommended or distinguished plan from HS to be considered for top 6% admissions. As long as you satisfy the requirements for either of these graduation plans, then your ranking will hold up for auto admission to the university. The rest of your application file will be used for holistic review for the major.
