I’m going to apply for the UC’s in November, but my plan is to take the subject tests in that time as well so I was wondering will I have to wait to submit my applications or can I send the application in first and then send my scores through collegeboard? Also if I decide to not take the subject tests how bad will it hurt my chances of admission(Computer Science or Econ major)?

Usually, colleges allow you to send SAT/ACT scores after your app up to a period of about a month or so. You should really check your respective college’s page to confirm that. Errr well technically, colleges don’t require the subject tests anymore, so it depends on how prestigious the college you’re aiming for is. If you’re aiming for Ivy League, I’d definitely take subject tests, math II since you’re doing compsci. Probably another one as well, but I’m not too sure what econ pertains to ><;
