Will I notice a difference between an i3 and i5?

<p>I’m getting a Vaio EA notebook with an i3 processor, but am wondering if I need to go for the i5. All I will be using the computer for is the internet, iTunes, AIM, word processing, and MMORPGS like Maplestory and LaTale (the one thing I’m a bit concerned about running on an i3). Does anyone know if I will be alright with the i3?</p>

<p>Definitely not. In all honesty, I’d doubt you’d notice the difference between an i5 and a Core 2 Duo.</p>

<p>The base core i3 is said to be the same as a mid-high end core 2 duo.</p>
