<p>If I apply to Northwestern, and send in a letter of recommendation (or two) without the teacher evaluation form, will they still consider my application? It will be sent along with my official transcript, school report, etc. directly from my school. The reason being that I just found the evaluation form online, and will not have a chance to ask my teacher to fill it out. Besides, the letter encompasses a lot of the info they look for in the form.</p>
