Well the ACT is headquartered in Iowa which is suffering from severe floods. Will this affect the time we get our results back?

I was wondering about that too. By the way do they grade all the tests in Iowa? It would make more sense if they graded them regionally in offices around the country.

Are you sure that it is even in that part of Iowa? I bet they’d tell us if something happened and it was going to take longer.

OMG! Wouldn’t it suck if they had all of our tests, ungraded, and the building flooded and they were all destroyed?

yeah Iowa City is on the Iowa river the one that is the cause of the flooding

Not to scare anyone, but ACT’s headquarters are located in Iowa City which has been severely affected by the floods. The University of Iowa has been shut down, the main interstate which goes right by Iowa City has been closed, and some campus buildings have experienced flooding. However, ACT also has many regional offices, so it might not affect the scoring and posting of scores. I would suggest monitoring the ACT website over the next week. Hopefully they will post a notice if there are any problems anticipated.

Good luck to everyone!!
