Semester system compared to quarter system is that the material isn’t rushed and you focus more on specific topics in the class you’re in. A quarter system will rush through the subject you’re in. Quarter system doesn’t waste any time and basically will focus on all the important points.

It really depends on you. Only you can determine if you can achieve straight As. Depends on how many classes you are taking, how hard each class is, and how well you manage your time. Only thing I can say is: there are a lot of people who have proved it to be possible to get straight As in college…is it hard? yes…nothing in college is easy. but it all depends on you.

Agreed with windrider07. And don’t forget, you’re not only pressed for time, but you’re also going to be battling physical and mental exhaustion.
