<p>Hi everyone!
I am a Spanish student currently finishing 10th Grade with a 3,86/4 UW GPA (I suppose so, as in Spain the grading is different-> Avg: 9,66/10). However, as the Spanish educational system is so deficient, no AP courses are available, and I’d dare to say no High School has any “Math Clubs, or societies”. I fear that not having taken any of this courses will hurt my application, when compared with other international students who have taken all of this.
I now belong to a music band, and I play the piano (since i was 6 yrs old) and the guitar. As well, I love everything related to Electronics, Computer Science and Physics. I read every single book about these subjects that comes to my hands, and I have taken MIT 6002x Course in Electronics. As well, I own a website, and have written a scientific calculator in C++, and I’m currently involved in a new project.
I also play basketball in a well-known local team (“Asefa Estudiantes”), and sometimes soccer and golf.
Obviously, I will apply for MIT EECS, as it is my passion. Do you think I will have any chances?

<p>P.S. I’m taking in two weeks Cambridge Proficiency Test, though I know i have to take ether the TOEFL or SAT1. I will definitively take SAT Subject Tests this Fall.</p>
