You wouldn’t be ‘denying an ED acceptance’, you would be declining the ED acceptance and breaking the binding contract. I really don’t think schools are sharing this info, but I do know Ms Fretwell’s comments led to a DOJ investigation that we haven’t heard anything about for a long time.
If you think there is a good chance you would need to break the ED contract for financial reasons if you get accepted, why would you choose to apply there? A different strategy might make more sense.
