will my 5 on LAC make up for my 660 on the sat 2 lit test?

Topic!
I would like to know because I did wonderfully (surprisingly) on the language and composition test but not so wonderfully on the sat 2 literature. Do you think colleges will forgive my low score since I did so well on the AP test?

I think the SAT Lit test has the same curve as the SAT CR section (-2=800) but the questions are much harder. a 660 in CR isn’t that bad, and the Lit test corresponds more to the AP English Lit test than to the English Language test.

While a 660 isn’t that bad for most, on CC and because im applying to top tier and ivy, it is rather bad. I didn’t know if schools would forgive my not-so-good job on the lit test if they saw that I can still write well and am not completely terrible at all things english and cr related.

Staryulover, you don’t have the possibility to use other tests? I’m pretty sure that no colleges require 3 subject exams (Harvard has dropped it down to 2) and you probably took 3 at the same time. You just have to send in your best 2. Or, you can retake some other subject tests.

They aren’t entirely the same thing…soo…
