<p>I did terribly on the ACT essay (much better on SAT, though). I got a 7 (41 percentile) with a combined score of 29 (92 percentile). My composite score for the ACT is a 31.
I just can’t argue points well concerning high school stuff. If the essays were more general like the SAT, it’ll be easier for me…</p>
<p>Although my college essays were very well-written and my SAT essay was a bit higher (10), will the admissions people really consider that 7? or do they mostly look at the combined score?</p>
