Will my SAT 2 scores hurt my chances?

Okay so I have a 33 ACT (34,30,35,32), and 3.92 uw GPA, good activities, good essays and the such, but I scored a 650 in Literature and a 720 in Math 1. Now both of these are in the 50s in percentile so I was wondering if I should send my scores or not. I’m applying to UVA (highly recommends two sat 2 tests), UNC, and WUSTL, plus some safeties.

Is it worth it?

If two SAT IIs are highly recommended they will only let the lack of scores pass for low income families. You need to send them. The >700 is fine.
