<p>I am an asian(go figure) thinking about going to harvard. But my family makes NO money and so that has severely limited my education in terms of summer school, buying textbooks for AP exams, SAT prep, etc. Do you think that Harvard will take that into consideration and will it improve my chances if I apply?</p>
<p>It is generally thought that coming from a poor background gives an advantage in admissions.</p>
