Will one fluke SAT II mess up my chances for Cornell?

So I just got my back my scores for my SAT subject tests and I was ecstatic when I saw a 770 on Math 2 but I almost threw up when i saw the 610 for US History. I’m not even sure why I took history considering I’m going to go to school for engineering, but I figured it would make me look well rounded (clearly not with a 610 though). But I was just wondering if a score like that could screw my chances for schools like Cornell and UPenn if it’s not even one of my main tests?

My Scores are:
Chem 750
Math1 730
Math2 770
US History 610 =(
SATReasoning 2030 (I know it’s a little low but I’m probably going to retake it)
[750 math, 640 CR, 640 Writing]

Also I have a 4.0 GPA unweighted and I’m enrolled in full IB diploma. I’m an Eagle Scout and have a bunch of other ECs that colleges usually like.

And if you’re unaware Cornell does not participate in ScoreChoice which means I have to submit all SAT II scores, which totally sucks!

I really really doubt it. You definitely need to raise your SAT I score though.
