Will SAT-optional schools take interest in these scores?

My academic ability is reflected strangely at best by the College Board. Should I share these scores with schools that don’t need to see them?

CR 730, W 770
M 590…

Latin 700
Lit 700
US 570…

English Lang and Latin Lit AP scores pending

I’m satisfied with my scores in areas that I try to focus on (English, Latin), and I am still satisfied with the others that I couldn’t care less about (especially math, and I only took a third subject test in case some college might require three). These varying levels of dedication will certainly be reflected in the rest of my application, such as in my essays and English/Latin academic awards. I think the discrepancy at least shows passion. What do you think?
