Hey! I got accepted and committed to SJSU already. I’m in my last semester before graduating high school but unfortunately will probably get a D (unweighted) in one of my AP classes. Do CSUs count the D as a C since APs are weighted higher? Will my admission get rescinded?

No a D is a D for any CSU. You need to contact SJSU admissions to make sure your acceptance stands. If you achieve a C by years end, it may be fine. Get the information directly from SJSU admissions to avoid getting rescinded.
Rule of thumb, no D’s or F’s Senior year.
