I just got accepted into SDSU this morning but I’m worried about my admission being affected. My application report says I’m supposed to be taking Journalism both semesters, but due to issues with my schedule and teacher, I had to switch my class into Digital Photography for second semester. These are both elective classes and this change did not affect my credits in any way and I have maintained A’s in both for the whole time I’ve been in them. I have already emailed the admissions office to let them know about this change and to ask if it’ll cause any issues, but I’m extremely paranoid and anxious over this. SDSU is my dream school and I don’t want to lose my admission over that change considering it was mostly out of my control. Does anyone know whether this will really get my admission revoked or if there’s anything I should do? I’m in panic mode. Thank you!

You should notify SDSU admissions about any schedule change prior to submitting your HS transcripts and make sure you keep email documentation. It is not an issue if you notified them.
