I’m in Pre-calculus honors right now, but missed the math 2c signup. I heard that most of it is what we learned this year. However, I am taking AP Calculus BC next year and can test in October. Will that class help me for the test?

At the beginning of Calc (in August or September?), you’ll probably do review of Pre-Calc concepts. That will serve as a good basis to study off of. Other than that, by October, the amount of calculus you have covered will be minimal (limits and derivitives, probably). This might help you on a few problems on the IIC, but remember, that for each problem with a calculus based sollution, there’s going to be a similer algebra based solution as well (since IIC doesn’t test calculus).
