One of my teachers recently had a mental breakdown and started threatening students she felt disrespected her. I wasn’t one of those students, but now she’s been fired and since it’s the semester my only class choices to replace her class are Keyboarding and Office Aide. When colleges see my midyear report and see that I switched out, will they think I switched just to have an easier courseload, even if I got an A in the other class? I don’t want to have my chances of admission hurt by this…

Can you have your counselor explain it on the midyear report? It’s not your fault, so it’d be really unfair if it were held against you.
