Will the Financial Aid office let you know if forms are missing?

I just realized that some financial aid information wasn’t submitted yet to their office (it is now taken care of, though) and I was wondering if Princeton simply doesn’t check applicants’ files, or if they would only notice when you have been accepted and the office is told to calculate your fin. aid?
They didn’t send me a notice or anything the way some of my less competitive schools have, and I was wondering if there was a correlation between a fin. aid office reminding you that info is missing and a positive admissions decision.

could someone reply please?! …

i applied ED and was accepted. However, I only found out that I had forgotten to submit my financial aid forms much later. I guess its no big deal because admissions decisions are really not based on ability to pay. They dun look at your fin aid info when making decisions.

just to be on the safe side, you may perhaps want to e-mail the fin aid office telling them that your fin aid info isn’t complete.

hope that helped

Princeton isn’t as stringent on financial aid deadlines as most colleges.
As long as you’ve filed now, you should be fine.
