Will the SAT bring my ACT down

I received a 35 composite on the ACT, all 35 and 33 in reading but only a 2110 on the SAT’s, math 750, CR 710, and 660 in writing and was wondering if the SAT score will bring me down in terms of schools like Cornell and Northwestern. I took the SAT again and thought I did better but just going off of what I have above, will this hurt my chances and what chances do I have to schools in that caliber?

Just send in your ACT.

I would just send in the ACT

definitely just send ACT
I know a friend of mine who got 1700, but got like a 32 on the ACT (only sent ACT) and got into UChicago.

colleges wont be able to see your SAT i if you only send ACT

Another question, my essay on the writing portion was a six which brought my combined score down to a 30. Will that significantly impact my chances or will the 35 outshine it?

Colleges do not pay much attention to the writing portion of the ACT. Your score may receive a glance, but unless you write awful admissions essay, it will probably be quickly passed over.
