Was the dip in your GPA sophomore year due to a specific event or issue in your life? If it was, that can make it look better on your application. The improvement from that to junior year, though, is incredible! Admissions officers will definitely take note of that, especially given your high ACT score. I think you have a good chance at Arcadia, Syracuse and Washington and a shot at BU, Pepperdine, and Pitt. Your essays will definitely play an important role in your application as well. Good luck!
