<p>If I take a science course as a transient student and drop out of it past the date of withdrawal will there be a way for AMCAS to know that I did so? I thought I’d take it but I need to take it properly at my home institution. My home institution won’t have proof that I even entered the course unless I send a transcript from the transient school to my home institution.</p>

<p>Yes, they may found out and yes, you can get kicked out of a program or even have your MD revoked for not reporting it if it were to be found out after you had already graduated (yes, this is that big of a deal as it’s considered falsifying your academic record).</p>
