<p>So long story short, I am an honors CC student and I was asked to TA for a class that has nothing to do with my Major. I am a communications major and my CC wants me to TA for Art History. I am wondering if I should TA or not. I am worried that TA’ing will waste my time and more specifically my units as we are only allowed a certain amount per semester. I am looking to transfer to UCLA or USC. As far as EC’s go, how much would being a TA help.</p>
<p>Becoming a TA will help to a large extent only if you get good evaluations.</p>
