I and the other parents I met on the flight to Lake Jr.'s freshman orientation a couple of years ago are still upset about the way United treated us. Don’t know if the new CEO can bring out change. Any plans he had will have to wait, since he suffered a heart attack a few days ago.
By the way, isn’t it downright eerie that the new Acting CEO of United Airlines came from a company (Sara Lee) where he was the replacement for a CEO whom had a stroke?
