I am planning on taking the sat ii chemistry in june. i have PR book and I’ve been studying since the past two weeks. b/c. it’s the middle of the year, we haven’t done lots of things like ideal gas law, stoichiometry problems etc. But, I’m self teaching myself. I’m very discouraged b/c. I do everything correctly but, I usually mess up in the most basic arithmetic. Any tips would be greatly appreciated. another question: If I work hard until June, is it possibly for me to score a 700 or higher? My personal goal is a 750. thanks!</p>
<p>Write out your math neatly/organized and use a calculator if need be. It’s probably been a long time since you’ve done basic math, but if you are doing the problems in school the way you are doing them for the test you should be practiced. It is very possible but also difficult, you are competing against other intelligent and hard working students like you, only people trying to get into selective colleges take these tests, a more talented group than the SATs. good luck!</p>
