<p>Today someone told me that some schools will automatically defer you if you apply early, and you have not completed their requirements. For example, Cornell requires a unit in physics for their engineering college. Someone told me if you take physics senior year and you apply early, you will get automatically deferred because you haven’t received a first semester grade yet.</p>
