William and Mary and UVA chances

What are my chances at these UVA and William and Mary?:

SAT:

Old: 750 V, 540 M
New: 730 CR, 550 M, 610 W

Activities:

National Honor Society: Junior and Senior Year
Student Council: 10-12th grade
Track: 10th and 12th grade
Basketball: Varsity, 12th grade

Also maintain a blog, ruyehara.blogspot.com for out of school- I don’t know if colleges look at that type of thing.

Honor Roll: 9th and 10th grade (maintainance of a 3.8 GPA or higher)

Transcript:

3.7 GPA, 12 honors/AP/IB classes in four years, a 4 and two 5s on AP exams

SAT IIs:
640, Math I. 710 English Literature. 800 US History.

Applying from in-state (we own two houses there, and I attended a Northern Virginia public HS for freshman-junior years) but I am applying from Kiev, Ukraine. I am attending Kiev Int’l School for my senior year.

So, what are my chances? My transcript isn’t that great (slightly declining GPA). But I have a perfect SAT II, reasonable SAT scores and I’m applying overseas. I also have a sibling at UVA, I don’t know if that helps.

Strage…how are you getting such low math scores but high CR scores from Ukraine? I would think that an international student would have higher math than CR considering that math is universally static… Anyways, I think you’ll be fine

OP is from Virginia :)

Sorry, I wasn’t clear. I went to WT Woodson HS (in good ol’ Fairfax) for three years, am an American citizen, have in-state tuition and I’m only applying from Kiev because my parents both work for the State Department.
