<p>For aspiringwmgirl who wanted to know what percentage of deferred get in- unfortunately that number is very small. the regular application cycle is even more competitive than the ED pool. I think W&M comes pretty close to saying “move on” when they say that there are lots of great schools out there and that you should be sure to find one that matches your dreams. I am not affiliated with admissions and this is not an official statement- I am just an alum who has two kids who went/go there.</p>
<p>If you have something major that changes your application submit it and certainly send that letter of continuing interest, but not many from the deferred list get admitted regular decision.</p>
