Work with Humane Society exclusively. It’s an organization
that is near and dear to my heart. During the school year, my
involvement is minimal due to academics and volleyball. During the
summer, I volunteer every week for several hours.

Yeah, I gotta agree on the weak EC’s. Class rigor is good, but just as good as all the other applicants there. See if you can get in contact with the volleyball coaches, if you wanna play NCAA. That’ll increase your chances quite a bit. Otherwise, I’d have to give you high reaches for all of these due to your extracurriculars.

I have contacted the vb coaches and there is some interest (actually, more than “some”).
I inadvertently left off National Honor Society (President), and Computer Club. Also, I have
taken the AP exams for the following: Computer Science, World History, American History, English III, Physics, Spanish IV, and Calculus, and have score a 4 or 5 on all of them.

I believe that the coaches know that club volleyball and varsity volleyball run almost year round with practices 3-4 times/week (club) and every evening for high school. So it makes it difficult to garner a lot of ECs.

In addition, my extensive volunteer work at the non-profit indicates a passion for this organization and I am not doing volunteer work for the sake of plumping up my resume.
