I know Williams loves people involved in athletics. But does playing sports in high school, being sports manager, etc count as being “involved” in athletics? Understanding of course the applicant is not going to join any ncaa teams.

it shows good school involvement but its not exactly playing on a team

johntam, Williams likes active kids – whether it be in team sports, outdoorsy pursuits like hiking and camping, or just getting out there and doing something, like tennis, running, frisby, skiing etc. They have a well developed “healthy mind in a healthy body” concept so kids that are involved in athletics or some kind of physical activity are good fits. Being a sports manager in highschool is also a good thing as it shows leadership and organizational skills.
