<p>On Windows Blue, the articles I’ve read make it out to be a pretty big improvement. I’ve heard that it would be similar to OS X or Android in that it would be the first of a series of yearly updates. By releasing many small updates, rather than a few big ones, Windows will be more dynamic and fresh. That’s a pretty big deal.</p>
<p>Also, I’ve heard it will include more options for the user, such as the option to boot directly into desktop mode and the inclusion of an old-style start bar. This was semi confirmed through a recent leak. Of course, in either case these are already available through a few simple mods, like previously mentioned.</p>
<p>However, these are mostly still rumors. Nothing has been truly confirmed.</p>

<p>Please note that this was without any deal searching, I just went to a couple websites and found some good computers. If you shopped around, you could probably find better deals on a lot of that stuff, or find better computers for the same price.</p>
