<p>I just moved to University city in Philly. I am a wine man, but all I can find in University City are the beer stores. Does anyone know of a place where I can buy wine in the area?

<p>the one at 40th & market’s not good enough? if so, your best bet is downtown…</p>
<p>Go to the PA Liquor Control Board website. It will have a state store finder, and also tell you which stores have good wine selections. I’m pretty sure there will be one in University City, but if not I think there’s a wine-oriented State Store in Rittenhouse Square.</p>
<p>41st and Market is the closest state store. </p>
<p>The “super store” downtown (11th and chestnut, maybe?) has a much, much larger selection.</p>
