Winter Transfer with GPA 3.4 from CC

<p>Hello, Here is my quick introduction.
I am international student and I just graduated Seattle CC with GPA 3.4 with one “W”.
My major is Biology / Mathematics and I finished all course of Calculus, general biology, chemistry with lab.
My international high school GPA is 3.6 and I’m member of phi theta kappa.</p>

<p>I’m applying to university of Michigan and University of Virginia.
Would that be enough to be applicable candidate of those universities?
What other universities are opening for winter transfer?</p>
