Now that all EA decisions are out, I am happy to share the schools S25 is considering. Any comments about accommodations here at these schools are welcome:

We have some crossover. Our S25 plans to study Aerospace Engineering.

Rose Hulman has lots of kids on the spectrum. RIT has a very well known autism program but (at least a few years ago) you had to commit to the school before applying to the program which is tricky to say the least.
There are definitely schools that have ASD programs that parents are kept in the loop and case managers are available to the students. Typically, these are the expensive programs which are in addition to tuition.
I think the schools that pop up when you google “ASD programs in college” or something similar are not the best ones, but some old lists which keep getting regenerated.

Ohio State’s ACE program is $9k/year
UIUC is free and one of the best programs, but it is so hard to get into the school.
