<p>Personally, I wouldn’t do that… It’s just sort of awkward, and seems like an obvious attempt to suck up.</p>

<p>I agree with mada34. Unless you have something substantial to tell them along with it (new awards/scholarships won, etc) it will probably not do anything…</p>
