Wishing to transfer to Penn from Rutgers.

Well, here’s my entire story. Before my 10th grade in high school, I was a straight A student. I always wanted to go to Upenn or Princeton (Since I lived in Jersey, they were the two ivies that were close) In the tenth grade, contracted an illness and missed all of tenth grade, and half of 11th grade. This significantly dropped my gpa. Upon graduating high school, this lowered my high school gpa to a 3.0. Now I’m at Rutgers, and as I am no longer ill I am back to being a straight A student. I’m in my freshman year, and I would like to try and transfer to penn for my junior year.

What would be the minimum college gpa and sat scores for acceptance as a transfer into Penn as a computer science major? Is my shot completely blown? I like Rutgers and I have a full ride due to low income (More actually, I get a 1,000 refund per semester), but I’ve always loved Penn, and would really like to attend the school.

Anyone have any tips?

Thanks =]

Oh, and if it helps with the acceptance rate, I come from a destitute family and I am a Native American citizen. I also missed 196 days of school due to illness (I actually missed more, but my high school was very good about it and lowered the amount) I figure I could always do my acceptance essay on the hardships of being an ill destitute Native American looking for a shot in life. Doesn’t sound bad.
