With 3.4 GPA, which ones would I get accepted?

<p>With a 3.4 college GPA and hoping to major in film, which of these schools would I get accepted at? You can put safety, match and reach too…either way is fine.</p>

<p>University of Miami
Boston University
Emerson College
Hofstra University
Chapman University
Loyola Marymount University
Columbia College Chicago
School of Visual Arts</p>

<p>I’m going to put down ECs and other things in a future thread. Right now, I just want to know GPA.</p>

<p>There are lots of factors aside from college gpa. What’s your high school record like? What college are you going to? Are you applying for sophomore or junior status? Do you have significant EC’s? How will your recs be? What are your SAT’s and SAT II’s like? Do you have a compelling reason to transfer? etc etc</p>

<p>Supply us with this information and we can give you some idea of where we think you’re at least competitive. Otherwise, it’s impossible.</p>

<p>If you want to focus solely on GPA, I would say you’re in Columbia. But then again, there are other factors as clay said. Most of the time though, the main concern for Columbia is the price rather than the grades you need to get in.</p>
