<p>Is it absolutely necessary to send your withdrawal card stating you won’t be attending the college? I know it’s nice to so people get off the waitlist earlier, but is it necessary? When they don’t get your deposit and commitment card, won’t they know anyway?</p>
<p>Gee, and if April 1 had passed and you didn’t get a response from the college, wouldn’t you just have known that you didn’t get in?</p>
