As common app includes the courses that an applicant takes during the senior year, how much will it affect admission if the applicant withdraw a course before the decision is made?
No matter it is before or after decision is made, you need to notify the adcom if you change your senior schedule. Your course rigor including your senior schedule is part of the admission evaluation.
