International student here, I applied to amherst college, and mixed up the requirements for english proficiency with umass amherst (don’t come at me for this I don’t know how it happened). I have a doulingo test of 140 and I study in IB (I have IB english lang and lit A HL predicted 6). I do not qualify for english proficiency waiver (based on their website) and I will not do a TOEFL or IELTS. Should I just withdraw my application at this point?
I wouldn’t. I mean the end result will be the same.
You might be proactive and reach out.
Do you meet their qualification but didn’t send ? Or you don’t meet their qualification.
If you meet it, you might see if they will consider you still.
I’m guessing you aren’t the first or last to confuse the schools.
