I have 14 credit hours. I completed them fall semester at a university but withdrew spring semester, and I want to enroll back into junior college this fall. How does that work out? What am I considered? Will it be possible to take PART II classes in the fall?

You should still be considered a Freshman, as you are usually classified by the credit hours you have completed. Introduction courses and 2 and 3-course tracks (Like Chemistry and Physics) are usually offered each semester. When you get to the higher level stuff you’ll come across some stuff that is offered in Spring or Fall.

Overall I think you should be fine. Just make sure your credits get transferred.

Also, some 4-year intro classes might transfer to a CC/JC as more than you would think. For example, at my CC the first year of a foreign language (at least Japanese) is the equivalent of a single semester at a 4-year school.
